It can effectively recover all kinds of expensive chemical substances, and the chiller is also suitable for vacuum coating industry.
In electroplating production, the electroplating solution generates heat in the electroplating reaction, which causes the temperature of the electroplating solution to rise. When the temperature of the electroplating solution is higher than the requirements for industrial production, it will affect the firmness, uniformity, flatness and The surface finish has a great influence. If you choose to use the chiller provided in the production process of electronic components, the basic components need to be maintained or cooled at a specific temperature, and the performance parameters of the electronic components can be mastered in the design state. Water is used to cool and maintain the constant temperature of the electroplating solution, which greatly improves the industrial production and production efficiency of electroplating, because the electroplating industry is more corrosive. The cooling method can be divided into two methods: direct cooling and indirect cooling:
1. Direct cooling: the plating solution directly enters the evaporator of the freezer through the filter or the filter, and then returns to the oxidation tank. The advantages and disadvantages of this cooling method: the cooling time is short and the effect is good; the disadvantage is that the evaporator needs anti-corrosion treatment (usually titanium alloy), the evaporator is easy to scale and needs to be cleaned regularly, otherwise it will affect the cooling effect and machine operation.
2. Indirect cooling: Put titanium tubes in the oxidation tank, and the chilled water will take away the heat of the liquid through the titanium tubes to achieve the purpose of cooling; if the titanium tubes are not laid, a heat exchanger (need to be made of titanium alloy) can be added while the chilled water While walking the plating solution.
In summary, there are many similarities between direct freezing and indirect freezing of chillers, but direct freezing chillers are not as safe as indirect freezing chillers, and the former is prone to corrosion and has a short lifespan.
