The reasons for the compressor failure caused by overheating are:
1. The compressor has too much operating load, and the overcurrent operation works. Possible reasons: the cooling water temperature is too high, the refrigerant is injected too much, or there is a non-condensing gas such as air in the system, which will cause the compression machine to be overloaded and accompanied by high pressure failure.
2. Electrical failure is an important cause of overcurrent operation of the compressor of the explosion-proof chiller. If the three-phase power supply voltage is too low or the three-phase is unbalanced, the current or one phase current is too large; the AC contactor is damaged, the contact is ablated, and the contact current is too large or the current is too large due to lack of phase.
3. Moisture or damage of the overheating protection module SSM of the refrigerator is also the cause of the compressor overheating failure. If the intermediate relay is damaged and the contact is not good, the overheating failure will occur when the machine is turned on, causing the compressor to fail to start. run. If it is a unit electronic board failure or communication failure, it may also falsely report an overheating failure.
4. If the chiller is placed in a location that is not well ventilated, and it is not considered to leave some space for the inlet and outlet seals of the chiller for ventilation, it will also cause the compressor to overheat. Therefore, the placement of the explosion-proof chiller is very important. Pay attention to ventilation, and no debris can be placed around the chiller, otherwise it will have a certain impact on the normal operation of the chiller.
